Larry Plett began his construction career in Hudson Bay as a laborer in his father’s construction business, then later in Winnipeg as a project superintendent. After spending his early twenties learning the commercial construction trade in Winnipeg, Larry and his wife moved to Saskatoon to start a family and their new business venture in 1994.
Our company is built on the principle that the success of every project we deliver is measured only by the complete satisfaction of our project stakeholders, whether they are end users, consultants, sub-trades, employees, or the community in which we build.
Con-Tech has developed into a full construction services provider offering general contracting, construction, project management, construction management and design build services to clients in the industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and institutional markets.
To ensure the company succeeded through future growth with the original vision intact, Con-Tech’s core values were written to ensure the people who joined the organization understood what made it successful in the first place and how it will continue to operate in the future. No amount of emphasis can be put on the core values of our organization without acknowledging the tremendous buy-in from our staff into both the core values and new initiatives. These core values have become the guiding principles in ConTech’s day-to-day business affairs and consist of six main pillars:
Integrity and Honesty
Long Term Partnerships
Commitment to Excellence
Individual Well Being
