This project was completed in multiple phases before becoming a new assembly building for CP Distributors. The scopes of work included removing and retrofitting the existing roof with a new pre-engineered metal building style system that includes a standing seam metal roof, purlins, and white faced metal building insulation to help improve the brightness of the interior. The front end of the building underwent a complete overhaul of the office area while also completing an image upgrade on the exterior to give it a refreshed look.
