Delivered using a collaborative construction management approach, this project transformed an undeveloped 8,400 sqft space into a bright and welcoming childcare facility for BGC Saskatoon, located in the Martensville Recreation Centre.

Working closely with the client and design team, Con-Tech managed the interior fit-out including steel stud framing, mechanical and electrical systems, millwork, and durable finishes suited for childcare use. The completed facility features open, naturally lit classrooms and thoughtfully designed program spaces that support a safe and engaging environment for children, staff, and families. When Con-Tech initially took possession of the space, the interior had not yet received its gravel base or concrete slab, requiring the team to coordinate and complete the full slab-on-grade installation before interior construction could begin – an added challenge that made the end result even more satisfying.
