Con-Tech designed and built this project from start to finish. The owner of the building specialized in concrete work, so insulated pre-cast concrete walls were used for the front face of the building with a large curtain wall to allow natural light into the interior development. The design team worked closely with the pre-cast concrete supplier to ensure that the transitions between different materials used did not compromise the building envelope. The building also includes multiple maintenance bays for the owner to service their equipment, as well as a complete development of the site. The building envelope, concrete foundations and slabs, steel erection, metal cladding and exterior and interior carpentry were all completed by employees.
