This project began as an open space on the third floor of a recently completed office building, and was transformed into the new headquarters for Concorde Group Corp. Con-Tech collaborated closely with the client to ensure the end vision was brought to reality, while also making the space as functional as possible - which included rigorous pre-planning and mock-ups to assist in visualizing the finished result. This interior fit-out included high level finishes such as custom tile in the front lobby, custom front reception desk, glass doors and windows for offices, custom kitchen and staff lunchroom, and a barrel vault ceiling in the main board room to make the space feel larger and uniquely disperse lighting throughout the space. The ceiling system and lighting was hand picked by the client and was completed with crown molding around the perimeter. Attention to detail and coordination with the owner was key to helping bring this project to reality.
