Delta Construction came to Con-Tech with a clear picture of what they had in mind regarding their new headquarters. Working collaboratively, this project involved construction of a 16,000sqft pre-engineered metal building that features a two-story interior office development and separate maintenance shop.

The Office area development provides a professional, comfortable, environment largely in part to the acoustics design that went into separating the office from the louder shop area. In addition to offices, the two story development also features a boardroom, staff change rooms, lunchrooms, and an open office area being utilized by cubicles. The shop area includes high-lift overhead doors, a 5.5-ton overhead crane, and work bays tailored to staff needs—feedback-driven features that reflect our commitment to operational efficiency through collaboration.
