This project was located within the City of Melfort and is located on the ground level outside of the Melfort Hospital. The project involved tree removal, site build-up, and concrete construction to meet strict transport guidelines. The project also required new fencing, signage, painting, and lighting, all completed while the hospital remained fully operational and without disruption. Special care was taken in removing 58 trees—11 of which were Dutch Elm requiring regulated disposal.

A unique aspect of the project was the $74,000 in community donations, which Con-Tech coordinated and tracked to support the work. By managing donations, ensuring safe removals, and executing precise in-house concrete construction, Con-Tech delivered a safe, functional helipad that strengthens emergency medical services for the region.
