This project involved expansion of the existing water treatment plant building and renovation to the existing building.  The water treatment equipment and process were completely replaced with new treatment equipment for filtration and organics removal.  A new reinforced concrete water reservoir was constructed beneath and beside the water plant building expansion. All mechanical and electrical systems were replaced within the existing facility.
