Con-Tech designed and constructed the 25,180 sq. ft. shell of this commercial building. The project included warehouse space with a small front office for the initial tenant, while the remaining area was left as future leasable space.

Through our pre-construction services, we collaborated with the client to design a custom façade without altering the pre-engineered metal structure, and carefully coordinated where our scope and the client’s self-performed work would integrate.

All metal building erection, cladding, and architectural detailing were completed by Con-Tech’s in-house crews, resulting in a modern and adaptable facility.
