Headwater Equipment approached Con-Tech to initiate design and construction of their new Saskatoon facility. The building involved design and erection of a 10,000 sqft pre-engineered metal building superstructure, with a 7,500 sqft shop and 5,000 sqft of interior development over two floors. The interior development features a parts store, offices and reception on the main floor, with locker rooms, employee lunchroom, and a boardroom on the second floor. The shop also features a full span 15-ton overhead crane with 70’ of travel distance that provides access to all the working bays. This project also included a full site development constructed of recycled asphalt paving for inventory storage.
