Willowgrove Square is a multi-tenant commercial development located in Saskatoon’s Willowgrove neighbourhood. Delivered through a Construction Management approach, the project consists of two interconnected one-storey buildings totaling over 16,000 square feet, creating flexible space for a daycare and future office, retail, and professional service tenants.

The development features two pre-engineered steel structures with a combination of brick, stucco, glazing, and architectural cladding, creating a blended presence among other buildings along Willowgrove Boulevard. Site development included full civil servicing, paving, landscaping, sidewalks, and exterior amenity areas to support future tenants and visitors.
